Name Recognition:
5 = Excellent recognition – generally only achieved by popular and well-funded elected politician.
4 = Above average name recognition.
3 = Reasonable name recognition.
2 = Below average name recognition.
1 = Poor name recognition.
0 = Apparently no name recognition – only used for candidates that appear to be doing nearly nothing to promote their name.
Negative name recognition: If a candidate’s reason for being recognized is based on negative information, this will affect the candidate’s score in a negative way.
